Conduct annual counts of bicyclists, pedestrians, transit riders and vehicle utilization (by age, disability, income and geography) to measure and monitor effectiveness of Complete Street Standards, improved safety, changes in vehicle miles traveled, and transportation mode split. Utilize collected information to prioritize the location of future capital improvements.
