LA needs to create more bus-only lanes and not just at rush hour. These busy lanes can move more people efficiently than single occupant cars. LA has one in the works for Wilshire, but should consider Sunset,Santa Monica, Vermont, Pico and Venice Blvds. People are often hesitant to give up their car for a bus, but they will if the bus gets there faster than the car. It may mean taking away parking, but that's another incentive to get on the bus.
