It would be nice to have local trolleys that would circulate people around areas such as downtown LA, koreatown, Mar Vista, Palms, etc which would encourage walking or biking and people to visit their local shops and restaurants and even do small errands like going to the local post office, grocery stores, etc. I visited Melbourne recently and they had a trolley that just circulated their downtown area enabling pp to get around easily which was especially useful to tourists visiting the city.
