When adding my idea, window close and it is not possible to give a complete vision of my proposal.
I will try once.
It is an elevated track system (20 mt from street level), double deck lanes (one going the other coming), 30.000 pass/hour/way hollow steel columns with inside emergency stairway, 52 seated passenger each bi-directional vehicle ( magnetic levitation provide suspension and guidance, propulsion and control based on linear synchronous motors ). Environmental friendly cause electronic propulsion. Patented surpassing system for have commercial speed over 110 km/h. Graphics explaining system sent to claire.bowin@lacity.org.
Depot or washing vehicles areas no needed. Parking for free in all commuter stations (200 slots each). Along San Diego Frwy there are a station each 1500 mt. Along the option Santa Monica Frwy from Mar Vista, connecting with Santa Ana Frwy to Garden Grove we need to add 70 km , US 5,5 billion, to create 20.000 jobs and have stations each 1.000 mt
