Bike Lanes are needed for major streets like San Vincente- heading east is a nightmare in the morning- likewise getting a drivers license needs test questions that give right of way for cyclists. The law needs to get in line that it is not ok to harass bicycles on the road. Police the bike lanes and make a statement when drivers don't comply. Issue tickets. Many drivers are just plain clueless talking on their cell phones, not using turn signals and just giving plain courtesy. Bad drivers should not be ignored. And now bicyclists- you too have a responsibility to stop at the red stop light, yield right of way, use signals as well
