There are many many red curbed areas in LA that are never used for anything . Emergency vehicles park in the streets or driveways. The closest intersection to my home could yield at least 12 more parking spaces if the red paint was removed and parking allowed. Think what this would do Citywide.
Of course not all red curbs can be eliminated ( water hydrants) but many many could be changed and for the better. Thank You
