Develop ordinance for adoption. Amend LAMC 12.21-A 16(a) to modify the bicycle parking requirement at all City owned and operated facilities to provide bicycle parking space for 5% of employees and estimated daily visitors with a minimum of five (5) bicycle parking spaces.
