We need to keep traffic flowing and many side streets where people are driving down when the freeways and other major arteries are congested have annoying 4 way stops like the ones on Havenhurst south of Ventura slowing the flow of traffic down immensely.

Put in Yield signs or signs that switch the Yields during rush hour electronically on the directions with the most traffic.

The traffic flow will increase without all the stopping and it will also in turn save drivers tons of gas turning the biggest V8 mileage into hybrid ranges and making hybrids use even less gas.
