There should be at least one express blue line train operating from downtown LA to the green line train and to Willow station and northbound as well, where most commuters travel to during rush hour (8am / 6pm), so that people who only need to get to those stations do not have to sit through every stop along the way. I think this will encourage more people to take public transit.
