Santa Monica College students commuting from Boyle Heights to Santa Monica College have to go through a long layover at the Pico/Rimpau to transfer to the Big Blue Bus. Get rid of the Big Blue Bus. Have a Red Line express bus straight on Pico Blvd that continues from Boyle Heights!

Streets that go to schools deserve priority and efficiency. This is literally the source to social mobility!
