In general if the street has signal lights and four lanes of traffic two in both directions i do not ride there. Instead i take the street parallel to the big roads Willoughby is between Melrose and Santa Monica.
I would like to see this become a bicycle blvd.. Limit cars to local traffic only with stanchions directing cars on to the larger street we know the names of.
