It is a nightmare using lines 51/52/352 during the day, and buses are always running at full capacity. If a bus gets too full during rush hour, the driver tends to ditch the people trying to get on the bus.

My suggestion to this problem is to add 60-foot buses running on all these lines because it is not fair that the bus line has been neglected for years. With gas prices rising and traffic worsening, this is the time to make changes.

As for improvements, adding a rapid line 752 would be a good idea to have along the corridor. At San Pedro between 7th and 16th Streets, there is a bus stop on every other street with a traffic signal and that does not get people moving quickly. Remove redundant stops such as 12th Street and 14th Place because they are completely unnecessary and the next stop is only a block away from each other. As for line 352 (if 752 is not put into plan), along the mentioned stretch, there should only be stops at 7th, 9th, Pico, and 16th Streets because it is not limited if the bus stops at every single traffic light.

Along 7th St, there are too many stops along the route. On the eastbound side of 7th, the streets that the bus stops are Flower, Grand, Olive, Hill, Brodway, Spring, Main, and Los Angeles. Removing Hill and Spring stops would make mobility much faster. On the westbound side, the buses do not stop at every intersection (which is good) and should stay that way it is (Main, Broadway, Hill, Olive, Hope, and Flower). As for line 352 (if 752 fails), there should only be stops on Flower, Hope (WB side), Olive, Broadway, Main, and San Pedro. This is to make a true limited bus service along the corridor and to get home much more quickly.
