Ocean Bldv has everything a street in L.A. should have. It has the obviouse, being the iconic view of the ocean. It will soon have transit, with the Expo Line and, in the farther future, the Purple Line. It is very high density, and urban, and has a nice, long park. Not to mention great shopping. I also happen to find mid-Wilshire very aesthetically pleasing in a distinctly ugly L.A. way. Also, it's urban, and dense, and has good hamburgers.
