LA has the perfect weather for riding your 2 and 3 wheelers around all year long. Having a motorbike makes getting around and parking much easier, but it can be dangerous on freeways. Create a lane specifically for motorcycles, so they are out of cars way and the cars are out of their way. This would also promote more motorbikes, which saves on gas and pollution and frees up parking.
