Thats why LA should put horizontal slots in the sound walls of the overpasses so as people approach the freeway they can see if traffic is moving. If it is not they will avoid the freeway. It's better for me and the freeway. The slots could have plexi covers for sound. They should have thought of this when they built the walls.
