Finding a parking space for the Griffith Observatory and for the Greek Theatre for a major event is a pain in the butt, and my idea is to build a parking structure near the Greek Theatre and just downhill from the Griffith Observatory, with a tram taking people from the parking lot uphill to the observatory. It should be made similar to the Getty Center's tram to transport people back and forth. That way, it will resolve parking issues uphill and will reduce car pollution uphill.
