Traffic during the morning rush hour is HORRIBLE because westbound Rodeo traffic is always clogged starting at around Harcourt Blvd, but sometimes it can go up to Cloverdale Ave. Adding a freeway style underpass bypassing La Cienega with dedicated ramps will be the only solution to the problem, but will require demolishing a few buildings to get it done.
