Law enforcement agencies should collaborate on and publish and updated map of auto, pedestrian, and bike collisions and solo incidents. This information should then be used to target high incident areas for changes that will reduce the rates of crashes and injuries by implementing common traffic calming elements or other improved roadway design.

Individual communities shouldn't have to fight and beg for improvement when people get killed. Let the data direct the relevant agencies as to where to make changes.
