The Fly-Away bus from LAX to Union Station is great, but when the bus lane runs out at 110 and Adams, it can often get stuck in awful traffic. One of the north-south streets through Downtown should be converted into a bus-only street (with bikes and pedestrians allowed) in order to make sure that there is always a fast route for transit, no matter the congestion on the other streets. I don't know if Broadway or Hill or Figueroa or something else is better, but it should be available for Fly-Away and also for all the local and express buses that pass through Downtown.
