This promotes many benefits: revitilize L.A.'s many naked and undesirable streets, encourage more walking than driving, bring more business to shop owners, incentives to fix damaged sidewalks, to name a few. With creative and innovative design plans can accommodate narrow sidewalks. Since parklets have been receiving widespread acceptance and provide many similar benefits, why not put the same efforts in revitalizing L.A.s neglected sidewalks?
